Our resident web portal offers the opportunity to pay rent online and to update account information. To create an account, you will need the account number, phone number, and birthdate for the primary resident account holder* as currently registered with the office. Please contact the office to obtain your account number and to confirm your other information.
There is a convenience fee to make electronic payments. The convenience fees for ACH and credit/debit cards are $1.85 and $38 respectively. We recommend that our residents pay by check (free) or use the ACH option ($1.85). Convenience fees are necessary to cover the costs imposed on us by credit card companies such as Visa and American Express. Electronic payments are securely processed by JetPay.
*We recognize that sometimes two or more residents equally split the responsibility for an apartment. However, our accounting software requires that only one resident for each apartment be listed as the primary account holder. It is the information for this resident that you will need to set up your account to pay rent online.
